Early morning hesitations

Well its 5 am in the morning here, still dark outside and i am kicking myself, my mind and legs want to go out for there 6 k work out but we have better things to do this morning.

We have to go butter sandwiches to give out at a presentation for the unveiling of a plaque/ monument . So this is yet again another opportunity to contribute to our local community and to those who serve us abroad. Might even have some photos when i get back

When we return around 10;30 we will be going the distance and hopeful get our swim in
